HOW DO I DECIDE ON MY SIZE?

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?

All our garments are priced in Australian dollars. Please see individual garment prices on the product page.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU USE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SENT?

Japonica Collection is small scale business and does not keep garments in stock. Your garment will be individually made so please allow up to 18 business days before shipment. Should you require your garment urgently please contact us to discuss your request. We will do our best to assist.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURNS POLICIES?

We hope you will love our garments but if for some reason you are not happy please make sure your garment is returned within 5 days of receiving the goods . All garments should be in their original condition with all tags still attached. The credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the garment will receive the refund less a processing fee of $8.00

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE OR COLOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

We are happy to exchange your garment for another size and when possible another colour. The goods that you are returning must be freighted back to Japonica Collection at your own expense. Please return the garment to be exchanged in the original condition with all tags still attached.

DO YOU HAVE SECURITY POLICIES IN PLACE?

Japonica Collection uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security technology to ensure the safety of your online transactions and confidential information.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?

All garments have a care label attached, please read this before cleaning your garment. Care instructions can be read online when clicking on individual product pages.

CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE COST BEHIND THE GARMENTS?

Our garments, made in Australia, are individually cut and then passed on to one machinist to sew from start to finish. All garments are made with the greatest of thought and care from the initial stages to the final product. We value the individual skills of our team members; skills developed through being given the opportunity to specialise in their area and not limited to soul destroying repetitive work programs.

We buy small quantities of fabric meaning relatively few numbers of garments that can be made per style,fabric and size. Our aim is to provide affordable limited editions for our customers.

We focus on quality fabrics in natural fibres. These fabrics come from people that are proud to represent Japan and their workplace and environmental policies. We encourage a responsible approach to investment buying as well as caring for planet earth and her citizens.

DO YOU CUSTOMISE GARMENTS?

Yes! We are able to offer limited customisation for garments.
The garments shown are the standard length.
We can offer:
short up to – 4cms
long up to + 4cms
Please contact office@japonicacollection.com.au for anything outside these lengths.
We will do our best to accommodate your customisation requests.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER FABRIC COMBINATIONS OTHER THAN THE ONES SHOWN?

Yes! We love to encourage creativity and individuality!
